Tiramisu
1 package (10.75 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 12 slices
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
3 cups (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. cocoa powder
- Arrange cake slices in 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, chocolate syrup, and dissolved coffee in medium bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in whipped topping and spread evenly over cake slices.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over cake.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
- Serve cake with additional whipped topping, if desired.
